AccuRx is replacing e-Consult on the 25/03/2024, e-Consult will no longer be available from 6pm on the 23/03/2024, and you will be able to submit any online request through AccuRx via our practice website:

AccuRx is the new way to contact your practice online which helps you access the help and advice you need at the right time, in the right place, with the right person.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
We are currently in the process of transitioning to a new system for patients to contact the practice, to improve our communication and services with you. During this transition period, there may be a short time where requests cannot be submitted via the NHS App to the practice. In the meantime, we kindly ask our patients to use our practice website for making contact, scheduling appointments, and any enquiries you may have. Our team is dedicated to ensuring minimal disruption to your care during this transition.
Should you encounter any difficulties or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the surgery directly via phone, email or in person, where we will be happy to assist you.

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

• book or cancel appointments online
• renew or order repeat prescriptions online
• view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices

How to sign-up

For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up

You can now book your appointments, order prescriptions and view your partial medical record on line visit: www.patientaccess.com

 You will need to register to use this service. Please bring in to reception photographic proof of your identification, with your printed and completed   Patient Online Registration form - this service is only available to patients over the age of 16 years, with their own email address.

OR

You can download the NHS Bexley Online APP from the APP Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Go to your APPS and search NHS Online Bexley. From here you can complete a from on AccuRX, order prescriptions, and book GP appointments.
