Connect Care is now live at this surgery. This will enable authorised staff to view important information about you. For more information visit www.lewishamandgreenwich.nhs.uk/connectcare. You can also opt out of having a Connect Care record via this website or call 020 8836 4592.

The NHS Friends and Family Test

Access to your medical records. You can now apply to access your medical records online. To do this you will first need to be registered for Patient Online Services. Apply at reception by completing a request form.

If you are contacting the practice to book an appointment, please complete an online consultation (through AccuRX), you can do this by visiting our website

If you do not have access to the internet or are unable to complete the form on AccuRX, please contact the surgery on: 01322 449 327.

When we are closed – out of hours support


When our practice is closed you can still get support. You can get expert medical advice and useful information by calling NHS 111 or through 111 online.


The NHS 111 service is available 24 hours a day and can provide patient information, issue prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice, book a GP appointment, and, if necessary, refer people to emergency services.telephone_brown

Appointments are now available out of hours at Erith and Queen Mary's Hospitals 'GP Hub' - You can make an appointment by calling us or out of hours, NHS111. Appointments are available Mon-Fri 18.30-20.00 and Sat/Sun 08.00-20.00

Urgent Care Centres are available at Queen Mary's Hospital,Sidcup (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Erith Hospital, Erith (8am to 10pm,  7 days a week) and Queen Elizabeth Hospital (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath/choking/stroke/blacking out, loss of consciousness/bleeding which you cant stop - all constitute an emergency.
